What this covers

Removing a popup is an eligibility assessment, not a promise. “Cookieless” does not automatically mean consent-free. UK exceptions have specific conditions; EU requirements depend on the relevant national rules.

What if the scan only shows warnings?

We investigate first. The outcome may be no change needed, clearer documentation, or a technical repair. We don’t treat every warning as a proven fault.
