Start with the free scan. You can use its findings with your own website team. Choose the detailed audit if you need broader testing or a PDF. Choose website fixes if you want us to do the agreed technical work. You don’t need to buy an audit before requesting fixes.
How paid fixes work
- Start with your website. Sign in and run a scan, or bring an existing report into your fix plan.
- Agree the work. Review the issues and answer any necessary questions. Tell us the total number of public pages on your website; we confirm the page count, scope and price before payment.
- Pay, then prepare. Pay for the agreed work before it starts. We arrange backup and access through the secure workflow; the operator confirms the work date. A preferred date is not a confirmed booking.
- We make and test the changes. The agreed work may include custom code, a plugin where needed, or system and configuration changes. You receive a completion report and a retest showing what changed and anything still unresolved.
- You review and sign off. Check the delivered work and raise anything that needs attention before confirming completion.
Each price covers one website and its agreed technical fixes. Unrelated development, recurring monitoring and legal certification are not included. A passing retest applies to the checks completed; it is not a guarantee covering every legal requirement.
